Terms of use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the noTOKEN.cloud service operated by JCFI, LLC. By creating an account, using the service, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Effective date: August 28, 2026

1. The company and the agreement

noTOKEN.cloud is operated by JCFI, LLC, a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, with its address at 364 E Main St, Ste 1001, Middletown, DE 19709, USA ("we", "us", "our"). If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

We provide dedicated inference endpoints for the Qwen3.8-27B model. Each endpoint runs on a server dedicated to your account: no other customer shares your server, your capacity, or your context. The service includes an OpenAI-compatible API and AI support. Features, model versions, and capacities may change over time; we may add, remove, or replace models and features.

3. Accounts and API keys

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at tnt@tnt.chat if you suspect unauthorized access. API keys are shown only once at creation; we cannot recover them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights; (c) generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content; (d) attack, probe, or disable the service or our infrastructure, including DDoS, injection, or exploitation of vulnerabilities; (e) reverse engineer, extract, or distill the models, including model inversion, weight extraction, or training competing models from our outputs; (f) resell raw access to the service without a written agreement with us; (g) use the service to build weapons, conduct surveillance, or engage in other activities that cause serious harm. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Prepaid credits and billing

The service is prepaid. You purchase credits (1 credit = $0.01 of compute) and your running server consumes credits per second at the hourly rate of your SKU. When your credits reach zero, your server stops after a 60-second grace period for in-flight generations. There are no egress fees and no per-token charges. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash, except where required by applicable law. Auto-refill can be cancelled at any time from the dashboard; no further charges occur after cancellation.

7. Auto-stop and idle

Your server automatically stops after the idle time you configure (default 15 minutes) or when your credits run out. A new server takes up to 10 minutes to deploy. We do not guarantee a specific deployment time.

8. Your content and zero data retention

We do not store your prompts, outputs, or endpoint traffic. After inference completes, your content is gone — zero data retention. We do not use your content to train models or for any other purpose. You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs.

9. Model license and outputs

The Qwen3.8-27B model is provided under the Apache License 2.0. You are responsible for complying with the model license and any applicable law in your use of the outputs. Outputs are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

10. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the service, the website, and our software. You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is in good standing.

11. Service levels

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific uptime, latency, or availability. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

14. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms. We will defend, indemnify, and hold you harmless from third-party claims that the service itself (excluding your content and outputs) infringes a patent, copyright, or trademark, provided you give us notice and control of the defense.

15. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17, and 18) survive termination.

16. Consulting engagements

Consulting services (custom deployments, tuning, model evaluation, integrations, retainers) are provided under separate written agreements that specify scope, deliverables, and fees. These Terms apply to the underlying endpoint service used in any engagement.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
